Cancer it's a Peace of Cake

Well hello there. I guess this is how most people start their first blog. So how does this work really? I write you read I think this is crazy, but hey lets give it a go. I guess introductions are in order.. I’ll go first. I’m Cake I was diagnosed 2 years ago in August of 2023 with Metastatic Breast Cancer. In other words I have terminal breast cancer. The first google search let me know that I have 5 good years left, it was an eye opening 43rd birthday present. Here we are two years later and I’m starting a blog, cancer stable ( meaning the cancer is contained and not spreading), still working full time, and doing cool shit with cool people. I’m married no kids just the best dog ever, and an army of amazing people behind me every step of the way. Cancer sucks. We know that. There isn’t much good that is said about it, and that’s true; but it can suck less. I have no idea if this is more for me or for community. I’m not even sure people will read it but Cancer is a piece of Cake and cancer can suck less. I as I said to my oncologist “Let’s Go”.
